I made this unique, rich purple hand cut stained glass pendant from a special rich, opaque purple and mauve stained glass, wrapped it in silver came, and fine silver coated copper wire, then embellished it with a pink glass gem. When I make these pieces, I find the image as I go, wrapping, twisting and soldering till I have created a piece that feels balanced and so pretty I don’t want to let it go. Each piece is a one of a kind, original design which can never be made exactly that way again.
Although these pieces appear heavy, and have substance, they are very light.

The pendant measures about one and 3/4 inches across.

My pendants can be displayed in windows or used as Christmas ornaments when not worn.
