This gorgeous rare pink stained glass butterfly has been crafted using the copper foil method, and lead free silver solder. I chose pink stained glass for the wings then used decorative soldering techniques and silvered wire to add details like eyes, antennae, and the body segments. The butterfly measures about 8 ” x 7 1/2″including antennae

This beauty can be hung like a mobile from a fan so little children can enjoy it as well as adults, or hung in a window to show off the beautiful colour in the wings. More than one can be hung from wire and a bar upon request, and made into a mobile.
